Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is the active ingredient in FDA-approved products such as Viagra®.
Tadalafil is also a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is the active ingredient in FDA-approved products such as Cialis®.

Kormiia™ is a compounded preparation. Side effects may include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, dizziness, and changes in vision or color perception.
Seek emergency medical care if you experience an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, sudden decrease or loss of hearing, chest pain, or symptoms of an allergic reaction.
Tell your prescriber about all medications you take, including alpha-blockers, other blood-pressure medications, HIV protease inhibitors, and certain antifungals and antibiotics, as these can interact with PDE5 inhibitors.
